Alice and Steve (season 1)

Alice and Steve is a quirky British comedy-drama that follows two longtime best friends whose bond shatters when Steve starts dating Alice's 26-year-old daughter Izzy. Devastated by the prospect of losing both her closest friend and her daughter at once, Alice launches a determined campaign to end the relationship. Steve, however, is fully committed to his new love and ready to fight back, turning what began as a perfect friendship into an all-out feud. The six-episode first season explores messy emotions, family loyalty, and the blurry line between love and revenge in this anti-romantic comedy. As the conflict escalates, every move deepens the rift, forcing both characters to confront how far they will go for the people they care about most. The series stars Nicola Walker and Jemaine Clement, with Joel Fry as Alice's husband Daniel, and premieres on Disney+ in summer 2026.
