Darby and Joan (season 2)

A new detective project from Acorn TV, premiering in the summer of 2022, tells the story of two lonely people traveling to remote corners of northern Australia. At the center of Darby and Joan's story is an odd couple of criminal investigators known in Australian society as the Grey Nomads. They are retirees who leave home to travel the country in search of adventure. Jack Darby is a retired Australian homicide detective who hits the road with his dog Diesel. Joan Kirkhope, a recently widowed English nurse, is forced to travel the countryside to find answers to her husband's mysterious death. And one day the paths of these two very different, yet somewhat similar people will cross.rn
