Going Dutch is about an arrogant, shouty US Army colonel who, after an epically unfiltered tirade, is transferred to the Netherlands where, as punishment, he is given a command position at the least important military base in the world. After distinguished service in every war zone for the past three decades, he now commands a base with no weapons or tactical purpose.Instead, it has a Michelin-starred shop, a first-class bowling alley and the best (and only) diner in the US Army. Surrounded by a motley group of outsiders, the colonel tries to restore military discipline and professionalism with the help of the previous interim base commander, who happens to be his estranged daughter.rn
