Grace (season 6)

Season six of Grace follows Detective Superintendent Roy Grace as he navigates a turbulent period in both his professional and personal life. Several months after the arrest of Deputy Chief Constable Cassian Pewe, tensions within the East Sussex CID rise as the unit faces an internal anti-corruption investigation and wrestles with the fallout from a painful betrayal. Grace struggles with how much of Cassian's information about the murder of his first wife Sandy to share with Cleo as they prepare for their wedding and try to build a safe future for their son Bruno. The team is pulled into four demanding investigations that test their skills and loyalties. A missing person case leads them into a hidden web of secrets, while a university campus becomes the hunting ground of a sinister stalker. A tragic incident on a Brighton council estate lays bare the lives of ordinary people caught in violence, and a mysterious fatal car accident exposes a wider criminal underworld determined to protect its secrets. As the cases unfold, Grace must confront the truth about Sandy's death, even if it forces him to reopen old wounds and accept the devastating consequences for himself and those around him.
