Grey’s Anatomy (season 1)

Grey's Anatomy Season 1 introduces viewers to Meredith Grey, a first-year surgical intern at Seattle Grace Hospital, as she embarks on her medical career alongside fellow interns Cristina Yang, Izzie Stevens, George O'Malley, and Alex Karev. The season explores their struggles to balance the intense demands of surgical training with their personal lives, friendships, and romantic relationships. Meredith, the daughter of renowned surgeon Ellis Grey, quickly finds herself entangled in a complicated romance with neurosurgeon Derek Shepherd, who is also her superior. Cristina becomes involved with cardiothoracic surgeon Preston Burke, while Izzie faces prejudice due to her past as a model and strives to prove herself as a competent doctor. The interns are mentored by the tough but caring Dr. Miranda Bailey, and the surgical department is overseen by Chief Richard Webber
