Gala lives in New York City. She has a husband, a grown-up daughter - a college student - and an elderly mother. Life goes on as usual, until one day it turns upside down. It turns out that Gala's husband has gotten involved in a serious financial fraud, and now the whole family is involved in a showdown with criminals.
