Magnum, P.I. (season 1)

Season one of the 1980 television series Magnum P.I. introduces Thomas Magnum, a former Navy SEAL turned private investigator living on the lush island of Oahu in Hawaii. The season begins with a two-part pilot in which Magnum is shown working security tests for the wealthy novelist Robin Masters at his beachfront estate, constantly outwitting the mansion's majordomo Higgins and the estate's large guard dogs.
