Moving On (season 2)

Season 2 of Moving On continues the anthology format, presenting a new self contained drama in each episode about people facing a decisive turning point in their lives. The stories are set in contemporary Britain and use everyday situations to explore how ordinary men, women and teenagers cope when relationships, work, faith or identity are suddenly pushed to a breaking point. Across the season, viewers meet characters dealing with prison release and family resentment, intergenerational conflict, bullying based on sexuality, and clashes between personal morality and rigid institutions. Each episode follows one central character as they are forced to make a difficult choice about whether to hold on to the past, accept injustice or betrayal, or instead risk everything in search of dignity, forgiveness or a fresh start.
