DMV (season 1)

DMV is a CBS workplace comedy set in the bustling and sometimes chaotic world of the Department of Motor Vehicles office in East Hollywood. The series follows a group of quirky employees who work for minimum wage as they face the daily challenges of bureaucracy, malfunctioning office equipment, and an endless wave of frustrated customers. Throughout the show, these misfit workers support each other, using humor and camaraderie to make it through challenging workdays. The ensemble cast features Tim Meadows as Gregg, Harriet Dyer as Colette, Molly Kearney as Barbara, Alex Tarrant as Noa, Tony Cavalero as Vic, and Gigi Zumbado as Ceci. Created by Dana Klein and based on a short story by Katherine Heiny, the series puts a comedic spin on the everyday experiences of DMV staff, turning relatable chaos into moments of warmth and laughter.
