Asterix & Obelix: The Big Fight (season 1)

Asterix & Obelix: The Big Fight is an animated Netflix series set to premiere on April 30, 2025. Created by Alain Chabat, the series is inspired by the seventh comic book in the Asterix series, The Battle of the Chieftains, written by Rene Goscinny and illustrated by Albert Uderzo. The story is set in 50 BC, where the Roman Empire has conquered most of Gaul except for one defiant village, home to Asterix and Obelix. The villagers rely on a magic potion brewed by their druid, Getafix, which grants them superhuman strength to fend off Roman attacks. However, chaos ensues when Getafix loses his memory after being struck by a menhir, rendering him unable to prepare the potion. With the Romans advancing and the village vulnerable, Asterix and Obelix must find alternative ways to protect their home.
